Jerrold Kemp (April 23, 1921 – November 26, 2015) was a researcher in the field of Instructional Design. He was the main contributor to the Kemp Instructional Design Model.^[1][2]

Kemp was born on 23 April 1921 in New York.

He served in the U.S. Army Air Forces from 1942-1947. He lived in California with his wife Edith.^[3]

Kemp was a former president of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
